Music and video have played a big part throughout these first two years with the Wee Beans. Meegan has worked hard to find programs that Avery, Beau and Quinn enjoy and respond to. We've also scouted for music and visuals that we can use to help direct their moods.

Easing the babies into sleep is always a bit of a challenge and Baby Einstein has been a big help since their infant days. We started with Baby Einstein: Baby Lullaby and it's still a go-to disc any time we want to dial down the activity level.

There are a dozen DVDs in the Baby Einstein set, but this one features images of babies yawning and getting ready for sleep and that is often a priority for us.
